President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday evening returned to Abuja after his private trip to London for medical check-up.
The president had left the shore of the country on 31 October, 2022 for a “routine” medical checkup in London, United Kingdom (UK).
Femi Adesina, the special adviser to the president on media and publicity, had announced the imminent trip.
He said Buhari was expected back in the country in the second week of November.
However, on arriving at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport on Sunday, the president was received by some members of the Federal Executive Council, top security chiefs, among others.
