In his address to the participants at the meeting, Charles said that The EBF has been consistent, and through the many storms, has continued to grow and set a high standard as to what a Regional Bar Forum Should be. He commended the Governor and his Council as well as all the members and past leaders of the forum.
Charles also felicitates with members of the Anaocha branch on their Law Week and their Benefactor High Chief Obegolu, SAN who donated a fully built Bar Centre to the Branch.
