Egbe Amofin ni Eko would hold its February 2020 meeting on Sunday, 9th February, 2020. Egbe Amofin ni eko was established in January 2017 as a platform for lawyers of South West origin to meet, fraternize and galvanize an ethical rebirth in the legal profession.
The Platform’s founding fathers include the late activist, Pa Tunji Gomez, Chief Ademola Sadipe & former NBA Lagos Chairman Otunba Martin Ogunleye who has been chairman since inception.
Egbé amofin ni eko meets every 2nd Sunday of the month except the month of August.
Egbé amofin ni eko has organized 2 public lectures so far: the inaugural lecture was held on 28/3/2018 and in March 2019 it held the 1st Tunji Gomez Memorial Lecture to mark the posthumous birthday of its late leader.

Host of the February meeting is Dele Adesina, SAN. He is a frontline aspirant / contestant for the upcoming NBA Presidential elections and he has been adopted as the choice candidate by Egbe Amofin.
Dele Adesina,SAN hails from Ilawe-Ekiti in Ekiti South West Local Government area of Ekiti State. He attended University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife between 1978 and 1981 where he obtained Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB (Hons.)). He attended the Nigerian Law School and was enrolled as a solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in July 1982. He was elevated into the inner Bar as Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in October, 2007. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCI Arb). He is presently the Principal Partner, Messrs Dele Adesina Citygate Chambers, Lagos.
Egbe Amofin ni Eko’s meeting this Sunday promises to be a total package as South West lawyers from all walks of life are set to grace the meeting.
