The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA), yesterday, 10 June 2024, issued Guideline (No. B) for the forthcoming 2024 NBA General Elections.
This extant Guideline indicates that candidates for elective offices may now openly campaign, but subject to the Campaign Rules and Regulations as provided for in the Guideline and in the NBA Constitution 2015 (as amended in 2021).
In this Guideline, the ECNBA has also stated that after competitive bidding processes, Messrs Digiterhub Ltd and Election Buddy Inc/Inits Limited have been selected as Technical Service Consultant to the ECNBA and Electronic Voting Platform Service Provider respectively.
