Primeboy, an up-and-coming singer and childhood friend of the late singer Mohbad, has revealed a distressing incident from his relationship with the deceased musician.
Primeboy recounted how he was physically assaulted by Mohbad when he attempted to mediate in a dispute between the late musician and his wife.
In an interview with TVC, Primeboy said the incident happened during an event organized by Cubana Chief Priest, where Mohbad and his wife, Omawunmi, attended with their son, Liam. Tensions escalated between Mohbad and his wife, leading Primeboy to step in and try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this intervention did not go well, and Mohbad allegedly attacked Primeboy, hitting him twice and demanding that he leave his car.
Primeboy explained, “We arrived in Ebutte Metta, and Mohbad and his wife started arguing, which I initially refrained from intervening in, as it seemed to be a family matter. However, I noticed that Mohbad was extremely angry and didn’t want to stay in the car with his wife. When I attempted to mediate, he became physically aggressive, exiting his car and assaulting me. Fortunately, security personnel intervened, and I reported the incident to Cubana Chief Priest.”
