“Furthermore, may I also through this my broadcast inform and appeal to you all (my supporters) to remain calm as ever and ignore every rumour going around about plans by some disgruntled elements to disrupt the Saturday Local Government Poll ; as you will all agree with me that, a comprehensive report has been escalated to the requisite Law enforcement agencies and they are well positioned to arrest and prosecute any one caught parading himself as a candidate of APC who is not presented with the flag to run for the office including his supporters.

Let me further assure you all that the Commissioner of Police of Lagos State is a thorough and a detribalised personnel with overwhelming apparatus to prevent any breakdown of Law and Order in the State especially during this trying period of our Nation.
