Dean of Student Affairs, Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, Prof. Tajudeen Olumoko, has been removed over allegations of certificate racketeering.
His removal follows a news report published on Monday which revealed that a certificate racketeering syndicate issued genuine Lagos State University certificates to interested individuals at fees ranging from N2m to N3m, depending on the course.
Meanwhile, a senior lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Dr Abiodun Fatai-Abatan, is said to have been appointed to act as the new Dean of Student Affairs.
