I am delighted to send my felicitation to the Nigerian Bar Association, Nyanya/Karu Branch, on your inaugural Law Week themed “Insecurity in Nigeria: Sufficiency of the Law”
It is a theme well suited considering the spate of insecurity in Nigeria today which has spared no section or stratum of the nation. I believe that by the array of sound legal minds assembled to do justice to the topic, there is hope of recovery for Nigeria.
