A valedictory court session was held today, 22nd September, 2022 at the Federal High Court, Lagos, in honor of Justice Taiwo Obayomi Taiwo, who retired from the bench of the Court on July 31, 2022 upon the attainment of the compulsory retirement age of 65 years.

Distinguished Colleagues,
Today, 22nd September, 2022 the Bar and Bench celebrated a man who traversed both spaces and excelled in no small measure. A man who exemplified hard work and displayed candour.
From serving as President of the Law Students’ Society (LSS) at University of Ibadan, to serving as Secretary, Vice-Chairman, and Chairman of NBA, Lagos Branch and going on to serve as the 2nd Vice President of the NBA from 2014 until 2015, when he was elevated to the Bench; Hon. Justice Taiwo Taiwo proved himself to be a true leader, Bar man and Jurist extraordinaire.
