I heartily rejoice with Onitsha branch of the Nigerian Bar Association on the inauguration of its brand new executive led by Afam Obi who during the ceremony promised to improve on the achievements and giant strides recorded by his predecessor in office. Indeed I am delighted to be in attendance yesterday as Mr. Afam Obi and his team demonstrated the zeal and enthusiasm to move the Onitsha branch to an enviable height.
May I use this opportunity to once again congratulate the immediate past Chairman Mazi Dickson I , Secretary, Asiegbu Chukwuemeka Hilary and their team for landmark achievements recorded the tenure including the sustainanace of the weekly aerobics which the branch organises to ensure members keep fit. The unity and love exhibited during the ceremony yesterday is an expression of total acceptance of the new leadership which has hit the ground running.
I also heartily congratulates Chidi Betsy Nnaji Mrs. And Ezekiel Mbah Chairman and Secretary respectively of Idemili branch of the Nigerian Bar Association and their team for emerging victorious in their branch elections yesterday and the subsequent inauguration which I witnessed. The new Chairman has a track record of motherliness and being a seasoned administrator, besides being a devout Christian. Her acceptance speech speaks volumes. The general remarks elicited from members show that she enjoys the confidence solidarity of members of the branch. She assured of carrying everyone along and having an all inclusive administration in the branch.
Once again, congratulations to Onitsha and Idemili branches of the Nigerian Bar Association.
