Quavo is being sued for allegedly beating up a limo driver in Las Vegas on July 3.
TMZ reports that the Migos rapper and his entourage were upset after the driver left behind someone else in their group when he picked them up from a club to take them back to the Virgin hotel.
In court documents obtained, the unnamed driver claimed that he tried reasoning with Quavo and his pals, but they began shouting at him, escalating things, and assaulting him.
The driver claims he was punched and kicked in front of hotel staff and security, who he claims made no attempt to intervene.
The driver further stated that the alleged attack caused him bodily and mental agony and disfigurement.
However, Quavo’s rep is yet to speak on the issue.
This is not the first time the Bad and Boujee rapper has been involved in a violent incident.
Earlier in March, footage of Quavo getting into a physical altercation in an elevator with ex-girlfriend Saweetie was leaked online.
Quavo was seen knocking the rapper to the floor, which he denied despite the video evidence.
He said in a statement at the time, “We had an unfortunate situation almost a year ago that we both learned and moved on from. I haven’t physically abused Saweetie and have real gratitude for what we did share overall.”
However, both rappers have faced no charges over the altercation as the LA city attorney determined there was no likelihood of a conviction for either party.
Quavo was also involved in another incident in January 2020 after being caught on video throwing punches in a Paris nightclub.
