I joined Dele Adesina & Co in March 2007. Mr. Dele Adesina SAN taught me all I know today. He was a very good boss, you can never see him talk down or use abusive words on his juniors or his support staff. He is a gentleman to the core. He is very passionate about the Bar. He encouraged all his juniors to show interest in NBA and always made us to attend Ikeja Bar monthly meetings. No matter what we were doing, when it is time for the monthly meetings we must all drop it to attend the meeting. I always say proudly to my friends and colleagues that I learnt from the best. He is the best boss that I ever had. He taught me excellence, perfection and love of the legal profession .
He always say that every good things start from the bottom to the top and that the only thing that start from the top is the grave which is not what anyone prays for. I have held on to that very wise philosophy and it has helped me to where i am today. I love my oga (as I fondly called him) and i was very happy working with him for 6years and half. The Nigerian Bar Association will greatly benefit from Mr. Dele Adesina’s leadership and indeed the staff of the NBA will have be best boss in my oga.
Dele Adesina SAN is the best man for NBA Presidency.
