I can attest to the validity of the fact that during the tenure of Chief Okey Wali, SAN, Joyce as NBA Treasurer introduced the coding of NBA Branches as it stands today. This increased significantly the revenue accruing to the Branches.
The President recognizing Joyce’s capabilities always consulted and sought her input before planning and implementing any major project.
